Conscious Living or Living Asleep?
Consciousness is generally described as awareness of something within oneself or awareness of an external object, state, or fact. It is core to our experience of life and warrants deep investigation not only within the scientific community, but on a personal level.
As individuals, we can consciously reflect to improve our lives. Do you regularly ask yourself questions? Am I making choices that empower me and allow be to be my very best self? Am I honoring my sacred body and mind with nourishing and uplifting inputs? Am I playing to my greatest strengths to make a difference in the world? Am I savoring each moment and surrounding myself with loving, supportive influences? Am listening to signs, symbols, synchronicity and feedback from the Universe? Am I clear about what I am creating and remaining conscious of my thoughts? Am I taking the right actions out of joy and trust in life?
Stopping regularly to tune in and reflect is a sign of conscious living, but there is so much more to consciousness… We are incredibly powerful – far more powerful, resourceful and magical than we ever imagined. Have you experimented with the great power of your consciousness and spiritual energy? Can you raise your awareness to magnetize just what you need right now in order to move forward in life or to help another? Have you considered that you have magical abilities within that can be engaged at any moment? Just what could you create?
